Services

Mandias LLC provides subscription-based and usage-based software services (“Services”).

Billing

You authorize charges according to your selected plan. If your plan is recurring, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

No refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Canceling stops future charges but does not refund prior billing periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or violate applicable laws.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandias LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
